The guide indicates that after completion of the module a research specialist will be allocated to each participant, for the Summative Assignment. I had discussions with my colleagues who are in charge at the other lead institutions regarding the matter.  They are not appointing a supervisor for every individual, but use a module coordinator to guide the learners through the technical aspects related to RM.  Dr Steyn-Kotze has agreed to fulfil this function.  The reason is that when individuals apply for admission to the MPA, their applications are considered on merit and it is the prerogative of the HOD to decide whether to approve applications and appoint supervisors.
