Please note that technical enquiries are to be submitted to Mr Mike Assheton-Smith as per page 4 of the Learner Guide. Learners are sending e-mails to facilitators, coordinators and even people who have nothing to do with the programme.  This places an unnecessary burden on those colleagues who have to download e-mails and forward it to where it should have been sent in the first instance.

We also have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out who is who when we receive enquiries as the group name, module name and other vital information is not stated.  We then have to search through group lists to locate information.  It is quite taxing when one receives more than 100 e-mails per day. Please identify yourself properly when submitting enquiries.
